Pros
Discounts to stay at hotels, if you can take time off. I stayed at a hotel twice and ended up working both times.
Cons
Corporate office - high employee turnover, management doesn’t take action to retain good people They focus on the negatives; accomplishments and completed projects are not noticed Employees are often pushed to their limit and beyond Oppressive management – HR knows and doesn’t take action They appear to be open to change, but are not receptive to ideas They don’t invest in technology or people Just give lip service to work/life balance Benefits out of touch with market Profess to care about associates, but policies/culture don’t reflect it
