Pros

Fantastic mission and vision. So many caring and smart team members. They all want to do the right thing.

Cons

Omnicell continues to get distracted with too many priorities and chasing the next big thing. They seem to make all decisions at the highest level and don't put the effort in up front for planning and then wonder why it didn't work. But rather than figure that out, they try something else. It is extremely frustrating.

Sometimes hectic during quarter close. Complete remote hence lack of human connection

Pros

Lots of efforts to modernize professional services, process improvements.

Cons

Turnover rate, alignment with executive level and professional services does not make sense and negatively impacts the organization I believe. Very fast pace and PMs do not get much taken off their plate but have additional work added with every new process in place.
