I’ve had a really positive experience working at Orlando Health as a Product Analyst and Application Admin. The team environment is one of the biggest highlights—people are supportive, approachable, and genuinely willing to help each other out. There’s a strong sense of collaboration across departments, which makes day-to-day work much smoother.
I also appreciate how open the organization is to feedback and new ideas, especially when it comes to improving systems and processes. It’s rewarding to know that the work we do on the technical side directly supports patient care and makes a real difference.
My manager is always engaged, and there’s a clear focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Cons
