Pros

Good health benefits, kind and humble CEO, opportunity to get up to $500 bonus every year, decent raises, start out at approximately 7 hours of PTO every 2 weeks.

Cons

Some departments are great and some are horrendous. It doesn’t seem like the horrendous ones are being addressed... could have better benefits and a better PTO accrual system. You have to be here for at least 3 years before you get any perks. The decent ones are at 10 years and 25 years.

Pros

I’ve had a really positive experience working at Orlando Health as a Product Analyst and Application Admin. The team environment is one of the biggest highlights—people are supportive, approachable, and genuinely willing to help each other out. There’s a strong sense of collaboration across departments, which makes day-to-day work much smoother. I also appreciate how open the organization is to feedback and new ideas, especially when it comes to improving systems and processes. It’s rewarding to know that the work we do on the technical side directly supports patient care and makes a real difference. My manager is always engaged, and there’s a clear focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Cons

Like any large organization, processes can sometimes move a bit slowly, especially when multiple teams are involved. Priorities can shift, which can be challenging at times, but it’s manageable with good communication.
