Good pay and benefits, but unstable management and high turnover - Marketing Orrick Employee Review

Great clients, interesting and challenging work, colleagues who I truly enjoy working with, and a lot of autonomy to develop my practice at my own pace and timeline. I appreciate that they don't force us all into the same trajectory or mold.

Sometimes the hours get crazy, but I think that's par for the course in litigation, and the hours never seem as bad as what my counterparts are dealing with.

Expectations are low once you realize what the firm has become. There were talented people here before they left.

Benefits continue to disappear. Entire groups of associates were let go with little explanation. Almost no mentorship or professional development. Feedback is rare unless something goes wrong. Associates feel disposable. Leadership's actions don't match its messaging.
