      Pros

      Overland is a growing family run business with quality product and dedicated staff. There is a lot of tenure both within home office and store sales teams which speaks volumes for a retailer. The work environment is collaborative, positive and fun. Sales teams are compensated well for retail and non commission based. There is an empowerment from upper management to be creative and implement new ideas for company and self growth.

      really loved it here would go back every year to work the holidays. great discount! great work environment!

      Cons

      a couple of the men that i worked with were sometimes well rude to me and didn’t make me feel very welcome but it wasn’t that bad im a tough cookie, . but thats it for the cons.

      Pros

      Worked here for four years. Had a really positive experience with all my co-workers. Location was great, hours were solid, and the work was mostly enjoyable.

      Cons

      Family-owned quirks. Loved all the execs I met, but certainly heard about the drama which was sometimes felt at the store level.
