Season work at $15/hr, great supplemental income during holidays

Cons

Not much in the way of training and if you have questions you will either be snarled at or treated like you’re incompetent. Several big egos made it a hostile environment.

Overland is a growing family run business with quality product and dedicated staff. There is a lot of tenure both within home office and store sales teams which speaks volumes for a retailer. The work environment is collaborative, positive and fun. Sales teams are compensated well for retail and non commission based. There is an empowerment from upper management to be creative and implement new ideas for company and self growth.
