      Great work hours, love the elderly

      Cons

      Lack of communication from the district leader, unsanitary at one location, low pay, still use pen and paper to book clients so you never know what your day will look like.

      flexible hours built in clientele love my coworkers and the clientele

      Pros

      The only pro is that you never have to second guess if you made the right move by leaving. This is a terrible place of employment. There is no structure, no technology, no processes, no roadmap.

      Everything. Do not work here.
