      Pros

      Helping senior and disabled clients manage the challenges involved with the difficult task of grooming is an honorable way to spend your day. You get to be home in time for dinner too!

      Cons

      The company fails in support for employees, even going so far as to be disrespectful. In my opinion this disrespect shows the glaring flaw in the company's mission. A happy staff translates to happy customers. Too bad Salon PS doesn't feel that way.

      flexible hours built in clientele love my coworkers and the clientele

      commission only but you do get a good percentage

      Pros

      The only pro is that you never have to second guess if you made the right move by leaving. This is a terrible place of employment. There is no structure, no technology, no processes, no roadmap.

      Cons

      Everything. Do not work here.
