Great Training / Dead End Positions unless you Know Somebody - Inside Auto Adjuster Pilot Catastrophe Services, Inc. Employee Review

Pros

Great Pay if you don't divide out the hours you work to get that check. If your manager approves your billing you will ALWAYS get paid on time. Plenty of opportunities to volunteer so the owners of the company can look good.

Cons

Buddy Buddy Politics at it's finest (especially in the Auto Group) The workers on the team that produce the results will be the ones that are the sweat workers while the buddy's that can't produce or are just too lazy will have their expectations lowered to justify a position or placed on a "special project". A good paycheck but when you divide out the hours and the time away from your family it really isn't that much. Management is pompous, looks down on you, and hides their ignorance and faults by being jerks. They promise the world but at the end of the day all that matters is who sucks up to management the most.
