Pros

There aren't any major pros for working with Pinnacle, which is why there turnover was so high the first few years. They falsely represented who and what they are.

Cons

The pay is very low. There is fake, inefficient upper management, down to their warehouse. They care more about P/C culture than actually running a company. If you have a problem witht the resort or hotel, expect to be on your own. I do not recommend working for them. Let alone our Christmas bonus was a phone charge with their logo.
