Pros

The people are great, but they just laid off 46 awesome employees in Nov. 2021 in Marketing and Sales.

Cons

There are many: - New leadership in Marketing are absolutely ruthless. They blame you unless you are lucky to be assigned 1 of the 2 brands that are actually growing, even though there’s this thing called the pandemic that is more likely to blame. - If your business isn’t growing, you won’t be promoted, and you are more likely to be fired for no reason, even though leadership will tell you “there is no such thing as trap doors.” - They just laid off 46 employees in Marketing and Sales in Nov. 2021 for no reason… while several of the positions that were alleviated are now posted as open positions. - Leadership has no idea what they’re doing, expect us to go faster when the systems we use do not allow that to happen, and they do not care for their employees at all. You’re just a number on a spreadsheet. - No work/life balance. - Save your time and look elsewhere if you’re looking for jobs in Marketing or Sales.
