Pros

Not much for pros these days

Cons

Post used to be a great place to work and a place that people desired to be. Leadership is out of touch with reality it seems. Because Post used to be very team oriented, valued their employees and cared about their growth within the organization, many have stuck around just hoping to have some of that back but it sadly is not going to happen. The company is clearly going through transition. There is no longer any opportunities for growth within the organization as well. There is a lot of great talent leaving the organization and there have also been layoffs. It's been hard watching layoffs and feeling like you have no idea on the direction of the company. It's been hard watching everyone look out for themselves rather than work together. Additionally, there is no longer a work/life balance. The work environment is now extremely hostile with new leaders treating employees in a demeaning way and being quite vulgar versus professional.
