At points I was asked to straight up lie to customers in order to sell additional services to customers -Commission structure is rigged against you -Close to no investment in their stores (facilities, supplies, etc.) -Advancing there means dealing with a lot of backstabbing, crap talking, and grind culture -Leadership is almost entirely composed of men, in my area, despite women making up half of regular Retail Sales Consultants
