Pros

Really smart, passionate founders and team. Everyone goes the extra mile to pitch in to get the job done. Flexible WFH policy every Tuesday and Friday (Friday?? Who lets you work from home on a Friday - amazing). High level of trust in employees. We all work hard and yet work-life balance still exists here. We're growing fast and everyone gets to shape the future of the business.

Cons

While PF is what you might consider a "mature startup," we're still in the early stages of high growth. As such, processes haven't been fully defined in some areas. This sometimes leads to unexpected barriers to knocking out new projects. Also, given how small we are, everyone has opinions about everything, and sometimes that leads to "too many cooks being in the kitchen." But really, this is a byproduct of people actually caring about the company and its success, so I view it as more of a positive. That we're a small startup also begets the issue of resource bandwidth - it's fairly snug here, so if you're used to having a large amount of manpower and budget at your disposal, you might find yourself vexed here now and again.

Pros

Like at most jobs, the people are the best part. Remote work environment. Free swag. The team comes together to help fellow teammates in need to encourage them around family deaths, accidents, etc. They use a platform called Bonusly which allows you to send points to employees each month to say Thank You & encourgagements. The CSM is partnered up with a Merch person so that the clients have a team of folks helping them. It was great getting to work so closely with another person to strategize on really helping clients.

Cons

- Very few major platform updates were completed over 4 years, though as CSMs we were told that updates were coming so we had to have repetitive conversations with our clients about why the update we told them was coming 2 years ago still didn't get completed. - If you hit 130% of your goal, your commission rate is REDUCED! So essentially they penalize you for having a kick-butt quarter. - Benefits are VERY expensive for a family. The platform is not very customizable which made for tough conversations with customers
