      Pros

      Flexible paid time off, given minimal benefits.

      Cons

      No matter high up you are in this company you are simply a service to the families, and your whole life has to revolve around it. Worst work life balance, and you are pressured to push yourself with the “let me see what I can do” attitude. Was told I was replaceable, so I hope they did replace me! They used to have such a kind culture but things have taken a massive uturn :(

      Pros

      Everyone working at this company wants you to succeed and is very responsive. The pay is decent, as is the raise/incentive structure. Can be as flexible as you want -- some tutors work only remotely, others only in person, and some a hybrid of the two.

      Cons

      Inconsistent tutoring opportunities. The company recently consolidated their org structure and more students now prefer in-person tutoring to online tutoring, but they will still promise you students (even though you may not get any for months at a time)
