Pros
P&G truly values it's employees, their families, and their work/life balance. The company rewards those who have a desire to succeed and lead. Even those who struggle are treated with respect and truly valued. They are led down the right path for them, whether that's improvement to continue with P&G, or continue on to another firm of the employee's choice. Regardless, this is a great family company with great values. Plus, it's stable--despite the economy, people will always buy toilet paper, soap, and diapers ;-)
Cons
Stiff competition--P&G hires top performers, so the bar is high when you start.
