Pros

decent money, usually a good amount of work.

Cons

too many to list. in short, they rip off their customers by forcing employees to charge overtime whether they've worked it or not. the government doesn't like that. half of the bosses are toxic, the other half knows it but does nothing about it. then those toxic traits get passed on to fresh employees who then learn how 'business is done'. they also berate/make fun of employees who join the military; telling them they are throwing their life away. When they are a 'defense' contractor. Bite the hand that feeds much? Also they don't have the proper vendor status to work for GE. either you're Quest global or you're not; can't have it both ways.

Pros

Remote work opportunities available for some positions.

Cons

Compensation was below market compared to industry (at least 20%). Benefits offerings were underwhelming and continued to decline over time. After the merger, the company culture shifted and felt more like a staffing firm than an engineering-focused organization, and went through frequent layoffs creating instability and low morale across teams. Leadership communication often felt disorganized, with issues repeatedly pushed down to lower-level employees instead of being addressed strategically. Long-tenured employees were let go while leadership restructuring and new executive hires continued. 0 Career growth! Diversity and inclusion efforts are nonexistent unless you are a white male.
