      Pros

      None at all. Wished I had never come here.

      Cons

      Below average pay, benefits are a joke, and management lacks leadership. Our government can find better, more competent, and above all an American contractor to do the work. This company in NOT an American company. They are run by Indians and they run the company based on the Indian caste system.

      decent place right out of college but teaches bad habits

      decent money, usually a good amount of work.

      Cons

      too many to list. in short, they rip off their customers by forcing employees to charge overtime whether they've worked it or not. the government doesn't like that. half of the bosses are toxic, the other half knows it but does nothing about it. then those toxic traits get passed on to fresh employees who then learn how 'business is done'. they also berate/make fun of employees who join the military; telling them they are throwing their life away. When they are a 'defense' contractor. Bite the hand that feeds much? Also they don't have the proper vendor status to work for GE. either you're Quest global or you're not; can't have it both ways.

      Pros

      They pay a decent salary and have flexible work schedule. They do a lot of company events and it’s nice to be able to speak to the CEO, CFO if need be.

      Cons

      Some areas of management are completely clueless. They don’t follow their own processes. They waste so much time on meetings about future meetings. No one supports you in making improvements to processes and they are waiting for you to fail.
