Thank you for sharing your experience—and for your 10 years with Quisitive. We really appreciate your commitment. It’s great to hear you enjoy the team, the projects, and the opportunity to keep learning and growing. As an IT consulting firm with a goal to be best-in-class, billing is a standard part of how we operate. We set clear expectations and strive to balance those standards with flexibility, support, and transparency—so motivated individuals can thrive and focus more on the work and impact, not just the hours.

Pros

- There are some very talented individuals there. - Most people are super friendly. - Fully Remote

Cons

- Pay can be very poor. If you're being underpaid, it's unlikely that they'll make it right. - Huge pay discrepancies between roles with same titles. Two people can have the same title and make 20-30k difference. - Unrealistic utilization goals - Upper management is almost hostile and can be belittling at times - Company culture is so bad. When one person leaves, it opens the flood gates of others leaving. Pay is stagnant and many have been told to wait for years for a single pay increase.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t reflect the culture we aim to create. We take concerns around leadership and workplace behavior seriously. An environment where employees feel respected and supported is a priority, and behavior that falls short of that standard—including anything perceived as disrespectful or unprofessional—is not aligned with our expectations. We continue to invest in leadership development and accountability to ensure a consistent experience across the organization. Regarding compensation, it is determined based on factors such as skill set, experience, market demand, geography, and both technical and soft skills. While this can result in differences across similar roles, we strive to be transparent about how decisions are made and what the business can support. We appreciate your perspective and wish you the best moving forward.
