Pros
Great flexibility in work hours. Wonderful support staff. An enormous amount of resources available across all offices. No-pressure work atmosphere.
Cons
Slow communication can sometimes lead to confusion among employees. Offices span different time zones, so this can lead to a small number of delays in workflow. A ton of email flows on a daily basis and can get a bit overwhelming sometimes.
