Pros
Close to home. Great people to work with. It's like a home away from home. Everyone who works here seems committed to doing their best.
Cons
Not enough benefits. No significant bonus unless you are medical or a manager or above. No overtime pay if census is low. Hourly pay is too low especially for folks who have been there for years. New employees get paid nearly the same amount as current staff when they start which lowers the morale.
