Pros

A lot of the people are great to work with and the benefits are pretty good

Cons

Not enough resources on many teams and a lot of turnover contribute to a stressful work environment. The company culture isn't good anymore.

Our culture is important to us—so important that we check in on how our employees feel and how engaged they are using the Great Place to Work Survey. This is the same survey used to produce the annual FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For list for more than 20 years. We’re proud that we achieved another certification from this survey this year, and 90% of our employees participated. Our results did show some areas for improvement, and we’re working on that now. Since you are a current employee, I'd be very interested in how your work has changed and the ideas you have to make your work more fulfilling and engaging. Exe leadership is solid. Benefits and pay are great. Flexible PTO. Company retreats.

Cons

Individual practice leadership varies. I often feel that my immediate managers are struggling to fit into the company and are often too busy to provide me any support.
