      Pros

      - Interesting work - Annual retreat - Some great people

      Cons

      - Needs to have a more consistent company-wide means to approaching projects. - Management does not take care of problems, period. - A small company that is able to get a way with bad behavior because they do not fall under certain federal laws (i.e. FMLA). You are not protected from harassment, even when you have legitimate medical excuses. - Fear and intimidation rule certain offices. Some employees will not be let go, no matter how awful they are. - The path upward is very unclear. The people that get promoted don't know why they were promoted, and very vague unhelpful criticism is given. Equity in promotions does not occur on a company-wide level. - Retaliation seems to be an acceptable behavior.

      Pros

      A lot of the people are great to work with and the benefits are pretty good

      Cons

      Not enough resources on many teams and a lot of turnover contribute to a stressful work environment. The company culture isn't good anymore.

We’re proud that we achieved another certification from this survey this year, and 90% of our employees participated. Our results did show some areas for improvement, and we’re working on that now.       Great people, very smart, and everyone pulls their weight. Work is interesting. Management is transparent and provides support. Fair compensation.

      Cons

      The hours can be long and clients difficult, but that's consulting.
