I have worked in RPOs for most of my career & I have to say that this was the worst & most stressful experience I have ever encountered. I worked for one of their biggest clients & it was a total $%$$ show. They had no idea what they were doing from the get-go along with the worst client relationship I have ever witnessed. I would be on calls & couldn't believe the language that was flying between the client & RS! I still have PTSD from working there. RS treated their employees like mud, overworked us, 12 hrs+ days, no support just fake promises to keep the carrot dangling. Didn't stand up for its employees or provide us with training or guidance. Just threw us into the shark-infested waters to watch the weak ones get eaten. It was an abusive relationship for everyone employed on that account. Even after offering me $10K to stay, I left for my sanity & I am so happy I did. When I do training I use them as a perfect example of "What not to do" all of the time!
