      Remote opportunity Nothing else is a Pro

      Cons

      -They don't value you as a long standing employee. You show your loyalty for almost 10 years and they dump more work on you without raise or bonus. -Can't take PTO because you are 1 person doing the work of 3 people with no back up support. At the end of the year I will lose all 5 weeks of PTO that I accumulated. -Be prepared to work 10-12 hours a day and end up with carpal tunnel, heart palpitations from the stress and no work/life balance. Did I mention weight gain? Because you can't get away from your computer to take a break to stretch you legs. No exaggeration. -You can complain as much as you want but no one cares -Absoultely no growth / development at all. - No support -Under paid

      Pros

      Ability to work virtual. Benefits are standard and flexible somewhat with a scheduling.

      Cons

      Doesn't matter how well you do. If someone does not like you you're black balled. Don't bother putting in a two weeks either. Upper level management is horrible and unsupportive. You can also expect to work OT in which you're never paid for. You are nothing to them.

      Worst RPO

      I have worked in RPOs for most of my career & I have to say that this was the worst & most stressful experience I have ever encountered. I worked for one of their biggest clients & it was a total $%$$ show. They had no idea what they were doing from the get-go along with the worst client relationship I have ever witnessed. I would be on calls & couldn't believe the language that was flying between the client & RS! I still have PTSD from working there. RS treated their employees like mud, overworked us, 12 hrs+ days, no support just fake promises to keep the carrot dangling. Didn't stand up for its employees or provide us with training or guidance. Just threw us into the shark-infested waters to watch the weak ones get eaten. It was an abusive relationship for everyone employed on that account. Even after offering me $10K to stay, I left for my sanity & I am so happy I did. When I do training I use them as a perfect example of "What not to do" all of the time!
