Pros
Their subsidiary, Cella, Inc., helped me get the job.
Cons
I know I'm just a contractor but their bare-bones benefits package was abysmal. Worse, their bumbling Human Resources Department ensured that I couldn't even access them because the zip code of my home address was wrongly entered and so the benefits information package mailed to me showed up late. While waiting for it to arrive, I tried to enroll, knowing that you have about a month to do so, but I couldn't get past the login screen because it required a zip code, which of course was wrong. (I confirmed that I correctly sent my information to my recruiter.) A rep assured me I could still enroll when I spoke to them. When I finally got my package and tried to enroll, I had missed the deadline. I contacted HR, who said in a misspelled, dismissive emailed reply that there was nothing they could do. The company's Workplace portal where you view paycheck etc information is so dated that the examples in their FAQs have Windows 95 screenshots (you know, with the gray background on their pop ups, etc). Apparently, it was built in 1998 or so and works as well as you think it would. This is a €7.363 billion company, by the way. All of their employee portals (time sheets, benefits, paycheck) are scattered across different URLs and brand names. In short, their HR department is a giant, useless disaster. Beware.
