Pros
If you know how to play the game you can talk yourself into a pretty good salary. If you have a desire to learn something or explore new job skills you will be given the green light to do so assuming you can justify your reasoning. Pretty good benefits. If you have the desire to learn and work hard you can learn a lot here. No one is really going to teach it to you, but if you are a self-starter you can grow here for a short period of time. You can go to work in whatever clothes you want. Once you get your seat at the CEO's table you can pretty much do whatever you want even if it makes literally zero sense.
Cons
People really do play into the company politics which is so strange for a no-name company. If you can get in the CEO's ear the world is yours, which I guess for some people that is a pro, but if you want to go to work and do your job and not worry about who is whispering about you to the CEO this is not the place for you. It's an environment filled with self-important people who enjoy placing the blame on everyone else.
