Scheduling is easy, but management has serious issues - Brand Ambassador Renewal by Andersen Employee Review

Pros

As a brand ambassador booking appointments for free in home consultations was easy. Unfortunately the business management practices made this not a great place to work.

Cons

Was not able to get scheduled for more than 8 hours a week. Not worth giving up every single weekend, and paying for the gas to drive 100's of miles to work every weekend. Management is terrible with multiple sexual harassment and sexist scheduling practices in the Arizona office.

Pros

I got this job in the middle of college, and it has been the greatest way to further my career. It was great with school hours and had so many opportunities to make great money! I will recommend this position to anyone who wants sales experience and is a college student.

Cons

It is not a job where you can come and collect the $20 an hour. You put in the work, and you will get so much out of it.

Pros

-Decent bonuses for booking leads. -Fun team members to work with (although employees frequently work alone.)

Cons

-Long commutes at undesirable, even dangerous hours. -Extremely hot working conditions while being forbidden from sitting down. -Favoritism/preferential treatment for employees who "buddy up" with managers. -Poor communication/lack of accountability from management.
