Pros

I've been with the company since toward the end of 2017. We've been growing and changing every day, most recently and drastically with new leadership. The product continues to grow and improve, as do the people. - Great benefits - Approachable leadership (Your voice matters) - Endless opportunities to grow and move up - In office free lunches 3 times a week - Flexibility and Work life Balance - Fun energetic team with an exciting future

Cons

- 401k match would be nice - onboarding *was* almost kind of hands off. Wasn't taught a whole lot in the beginning around the product. (New leadership has changed this drastically. A clear initiative that will help us bring new team members up to speed, quickly and efficiently)

Pros

*Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered *Great coworkers *Lunch for in office workers.

Cons

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
