I have been working with the company since 2017. We were very raw back then and now 2 years later we have had phenomenal growth and success. I have worked with many other SaaS companies but Rep.com is by far the best! Our platform is truly the best in the market. Our customers are some of the best I have ever had chance to interact with. We have some amazing leaders in place from CEO all the way down that have a true vision and our driving us to achieve major success as a company. We are always learning and evolving, its truly incredible. Joe Fuca our CEO, and Chris Lee our EVP are a dynamic duo who care, listen and refuse to lose. Its refreshing. Def a rocket ship to be a part of and a culture of winners with some swag.

TBH they truly isn't anything. Great work/life balance, free lunch 3 days a week. Great culture.

- onboarding *was* almost kind of hands off. Wasn't taught a whole lot in the beginning around the product. (New leadership has changed this drastically. A clear initiative that will help us bring new team members up to speed, quickly and efficiently)

Reputation.com has a healthy and supportive culture that was easy to see from my first day on the job. The business is innovative and revenue focused while also maintaining a strong emphasis on customer success.
This organization has really helped me learn and grow as a professional. Both my manager and the director of my department prioritized my growth and success. It was a great feeling to know that I was looked at as a person rather than just an employee.
I left the organization because I was presented with an opportunity that would allow me to take the next step in my career while also significantly cutting down my commute time.
Cons
Growing pains, but you can expect that from any organization that is growing as quickly as Reputation.
