      Pros

      The Pay is good, but its not worth the cons

      Cons

      I have not received any training on how to do my job and feel lost and stressed every day. Also, every person at this company has told me not to start a family because working for Robins & Morton I will end up divorced, so it's easy for the company to "focus on family" since there are none.

They go above and beyond to support employees personally, ensuring that family and well-being are prioritized. It’s no surprise that many employees stay for 20+ years, and those who leave often return because there’s simply no other company like Robins & Morton. If you want to work somewhere that values you as a person, not just an employee, this is it.

      Cons

      Some processes can be improved, such as the bonus program. The bonus amounts are always more than fair, but the process is vague.
