Unmatched Culture and Support

Pros

Robins & Morton is a rare company that genuinely cares about its people. The culture is exceptional; leaders act as natural mentors, providing guidance and support while giving you the autonomy to excel in your role. Growth and development opportunities are endless, and the company invests in shaping the next generation of leaders. They go above and beyond to support employees personally, ensuring that family and well-being are prioritized. It’s no surprise that many employees stay for 20+ years, and those who leave often return because there’s simply no other company like Robins & Morton. If you want to work somewhere that values you as a person, not just an employee, this is it.

Cons

Some processes can be improved, such as the bonus program. The bonus amounts are always more than fair, but the process is vague.

they will back door you when they get a chance, tell you one thing to your face but do another behind your back. think wisely before signing the dotted line. you cant move up unless the office politics accept you.

Pros

The Pay is good, but its not worth the cons

Cons

I have not received any training on how to do my job and feel lost and stressed every day. Also, every person at this company has told me not to start a family because working for Robins & Morton I will end up divorced, so it's easy for the company to "focus on family" since there are none.

Thank you for your feedback. We know that the travel and scheduling demands of working in construction can be difficult. While we can’t change the nature of construction work, we are trying to promote and support work-life integration within the framework of our industry. Thank you for sharing this with us and we’ll continue pursuing that goal. What you describe regarding training is not reflective of our values or culture. We encourage you to discuss this with your manager or a member of the HR team.
