RCI Review - Anonymous employee Rotolo Consultants Employee Review

I honestly love working for this company!! Despite what others have said the owners are very interactive with their employees. They are out on jobs and in the office daily. They do a great job communicating any growth or changes we are experiencing to keep everyone on the same page. They are constantly doing things to show us their appreciation. They have allowed us to leave early for certain events or holidays to give us more time with our families, and have even had picnics with food, games, and prizes to show how much we mean to them. They understand we have lives outside of work and have been very accommodating when it comes to our needs with our families and kids. Every interaction I have had with them they have been very kind and professional.
