Pros
RCI facilitates an unrestricted opportunity for individual growth throughout the company for improved positions and pay benefits, encourages expansion of one's self limitations, and promotes a healthy and conducive work habitat for each person respectively. It is realized that this is hard to do as a body of employees enlarges as the company grows, though the owners, managers, and other peers throughout the position chain in the company maintain a "family oriented feel" to me individually. Coming out of college with a Masters Degree in Construction Management, management swung open the doors of opportunity for me to develop my skills to a level that was once unimaginable, and shall I say intimidating. I know find myself offering advice and encouragement to others who are knew to the company, or even the industry, and yet still amazed by the great sense of self esteem I have when I have helped a fellow employee in various ways. To experience this feeling, I know understand why the owners have pushed me positively like they have. Honor, integrity, and compassion to me are exhibited as a constant by the management, and staff alike. I see Division Managers and Area Managers alike who place supers underwing in rpeperation prior to engaging in the project, as they care that much. I see site supers listening to their crews and fighting for their needs and wants back up the chain in management. I see management reacting overwhelmingly with actions that not only meet the demands of the employees, but provide a little more. I see compassion and respect shown for the employees, to the office staff, to the division managers, to the owners, and dispersed back and forth constantly. To say anything less would not provide credit where credit is due. As a scholar and student in the construction industry - this company to me is a higher institution of learning. I challenge anyone to find a company who can be as big as this one is, and provide a better sense of family......there is no front, and there is no limitations except by ones self.

The company is growing so fast, that I often find I do not know everyone.
