Whew, where do I begin.
Managers are incompetent and don't want to be bothered with training; when you start, they essentially send you a ton of links to company systems and expect you to just figure it out. As a seller, I had no idea what I was doing or what I was selling or what anything was 80% of the time, so I had to improvise and face the consequences later.
Anytime I had an urgent issue with a campaign or client, Managers were always slow to respond or just wouldn’t respond, period. Unless a sale was involved, they didn’t want to be bothered. And campaigns ALWAYS had issues because either we were told to sell the wrong strategies and campaigns severely underdelivered, or clients eventually found out how ridiculously expensive our CPMs were versus the competition. It never failed, 1 of the 2 scenarios always happened.
Campaign fulfillment is offshore and horrendous; campaigns typically do not fulfill contracted impressions and they use outside vendors for EVERYTHING. I typically did their job for them.
If you are serious about digital marketing and digital sales, stay FAR away from this company. They just repackage other companies' products as their own and sell it at a premium, all while leaving you on an island and making you figure everything out on your own.
