      Pros

      My favorite thing about working at Sammons is the culture. We are always focusing on continuing to make culture better. Secondly, the benefits are amazing. No other company can compare. Management is always working to help you grow and better yourself. Career opportunities are always available. Lastly, Friday afternoons off are the best!

      Cons

      I have a hard time thinking of cons for Sammons. I guess we could always use more recognition. There is always room for improvement on communication. Collaboration between departments has improved but is still getting better.

      Pros

      SFG has changed over the years but definitely for the better. I trust leadership and enjoy everyday working for this amazing company. There is of course office politics which you’ll have everywhere but if you keep doing what you’re supposed to be doing then you’ll have no issues. ESOP, early out on Fridays, culture, flexible schedules, system enhancements including productivity improvements and genuine conversations with people you work with are some of the top favorites on my list. Plenty of SFG employees have left over the years due to their own personal lives/needs but a lot of them end up coming back for plenty of reasons but in reality it’s because we are happy working here.
