      Awful Company to work for - Onboarding Specialist SearchPros Staffing Employee Review

      Pros

      Provided snacks throughout the day for employees. Management would sometimes purchase lunch for the office or bring in breakfast. On occasions, management would hold contests with cash prizes.

      Cons

      The owners of the company play the favorites game. If you were not apart of the inner circle, they treated you were second class. They pay was extremely low and after working there for 2 yrs, the pay increase was only $1. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

      Pros

      Great experience onboarding. Team was very helpful with everything from onboarding and checking in to make sure everything is going smoothly.

      Cons

      No Vacation No PTO Bi-weekly pay when all other contracts houses on the same assignment pays weekly. Any time off counts against you period which is insane. Other contract house like Dunhill offers Vacation time and weekly pay.
