The worst company I have ever worked for from beginning to end. 1) they lie - they will tell you that some people get hired on at 3 months but that has never happened.2) terrible follow up during the background check. They tell you nothing which doesn't allow enough time to give 2 week notice if you are leaving an employer to work for SearchPros. 3) The HR Department is horrible, not at al flexible, offer no solutions & will not compromise even if they are in the wrong. You can forget about getting affordable health benefits 4) If you have a question, you have to ask several times before they understand what you need & get you a correct response. 5) The onboarding system & steps were confusing.

The owners of the company play the favorites game. If you were not apart of the inner circle, they treated you were second class. They pay was extremely low and after working there for 2 yrs, the pay increase was only $1. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
