Pros

Flexible hours with decent pay.

Cons

You are expected to do 4 or 5 jobs for the pay of one job. They expect 1 to 3 people to manufacture enough cameras to match a sales force of 15+ people, while holding down the positions of manufacturing, testing, inventory, shipping, and receiving. The whole office works from home Tues through Thurs with the exception of manufacturing, who has to be in office Mon through Fri holding down 4 positions. Also they hire teams leads for manufacturing and drive them crazy with ridiculous amounts of orders and expect manufacturing to make products appear out of thin air to increase shipping numbers the day before shipping.

Pros

Having a hybrid working situation has been great. Working in the office 2 days a week, and 3 days at home really helps with time management. You still get the small office feeling, and connection with team members, but you can keep your head down the 3 days a week and get work done. The atmosphere has been wonderful and it feels like home.

Cons

I have no cons when it comes to this company.
