This organization while mature by years is in a very exciting growth phase. The leadership team is actively trying to recruit bay area top talent and New leaders have the a Tonna me to create and define the role of their dreams. The sky is the limit here opportunities are boneless and there's no bureaucracy such as the ones that exist in large enterprise due to the fact that it's a family owned business. Their commitment to their employees is unlike any I've seen anywhere else and they truly do provide opportunities for people from all walks of life. Many success stories in the ranks here!
Cons
High turnover but I think that that is a consequence of the industry that we are in. Largely unionized environment really inhibit the ability to pay people outside of what is been negotiated through the collective-bargaining agreement. Communication and collaboration are evolving every day and past experiences are really shaping the direction and they take strategically for the future
