I apologize for being tardy in responding, but nevertheless want to thank you for your feedback. Much has changed since you posted your review. For example, we have added new blue-chip clients such as Albertsons, BP, Office Depot, and PetSmart. In addition, our existing clients, including 7-Eleven, McDonald's, Sheetz, and Walgreens have deepened their relationships with Sevan while increasing their program work. The result has been that our revenue doubled in 2016, and we anticipate 50% or higher growth for 2017. You are correct that we've added new services and are pleased that these have been major contributors to our success, as they have enabled us to deliver better results to our clients... in more timely and cost-effective ways. Your advice about improving program management productivity tools and management visibility of operations is well taken. Since your review, we have rolled out multiple new productivity tools for our field team members, and are currently upgrading our management, reporting, and back-office systems to enhance operational and financial efficiency.
