Thank you for your feedback. I'm truly sorry that your experience did not meet our goal of making Sevan a great place to work for our team members. Your advice about improving training is much appreciated and we are working hard on that. For example, we've instituted a Mentor Program to help team members have a dedicated resource for both personal support and training. We're also working to improve our face-to-face/new hire training process, we are aggressively expanding our library of SevanTube training videos, and are developing an online company KnowledgBase. Recently, we began our series of monthly TechTalk live webinars, which gives team members the opportunity to learn, train, and get the answers they need. We are proud that our team members have named us a Great Place to Work® for four years in a row, and that we have been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois. However, we also know that we can always do better. So thank you once again for your feedback, it helps us make Sevan a better place to work.
