As someone who is brand new to the job, my hope was to feel supported and welcomed by the team, but sadly that has not been my experience. From day one, I often felt excluded and not truly part of the team environment.
There is a lot of gossip and assumptions made about me, including situation where I was blamed for things I did not do. Instead of feeling heard or supported, it felt like management sided with certain employees without fully understanding the situation.
I work hard, stay professional, and genuinely try my best every day, but I do not feel appreciated or recognized for my effort. A positive and respectful workplace culture makes a huge difference, especially for new employees, and I hope improvements can be made in how team members are treated and supported.
