Pros

Based solely on the fact that you are helping patients access specialty meds, this company is great.

Cons

No cohesion. Everyone is whispering. Someone wins an award and 10 people have something to say about it. There is no trust between employees. Who is friends with who? Who said something to someone else? Did you hear something you shouldn't have? Very cliquey company culture. Constantly looking over your shoulder even when you aren't doing anything wrong.

Pros

The compensation is not worth the pain of working here.

Cons

Management likes to pat themselves on the back but doesn't have time to help with any problems because they're over worked. I feel like a number and no one has the time to help me be successful. I have absolutely no tools to help me be successful in my role. None of the software or programs that we use ever work and when they need to be fixed it's up to us to write out in detail the problems because there is no one to call to help fix anything. the systems and chain of command are ancient and aren't set up for success. I don't feel as if my time, feedback or work are appreciated and there is no system for growth or learning within my position. I don't feel like part of a team because as a remote worker, we never have zoom meetings, only phone calls. I couldn't tell you what half the people I work with look like. Overall, I've survived the past three months because of a few coworkers that have kept me going but I can't really find another reason to stay with this company

More downs than ups lately

Pros

Pretty good pay and benefits.

Cons

Management are very secretive and think liaisons and other employees dont see what's really going on. Too much is expected of the liaisons with zero guidance from managers. Managers are given these promotions based on how much they are willing to do the dirty work, not on experience. Too many meetings that take up time and aren't helpful, they want you to be candid when in reality telling the truth will get you in trouble. No voice in this company at all. Expectations are super high, your going to be figuring out the answers to your own questions or just winging it because your managers won't really be around, the only way you know they are at work is when they are sending emails on things you need to complete yet ignoring emails you've sent them and your calls.
