Onboarding is confusing and left me with more questions than answers. I did not feel setup for success, administratively speaking. The supervisors are responsible for Human Resources tasks and there are a lot of information gaps after your first day. Plan to be proactive to find the resources or people necessary to answer questions about health insurance, the HSA, your first check, timesheet violations, etc.
The health insurance can cost a pretty penny on the family plan. There’s whispers that they are reviewing this benefit, so to their credit they are at least listening to feedback.
