Thank you for your feedback. Although this is an older review your input is recognized. It is unfortunate you did not have a positive employment experience with Silberline. Without knowing your specific concerns it's difficult to provide you with helpful feedback. I completely disagree with your comments on the incompetence of the management and chairman of the board. Silberline leadership and the owner/board chairman are a team of highly skilled individuals who are extremely focused on the success of Silberline. This is a team with extensive experience in their respective field, striving every day to meet the challenges of competing in a global environment. The team cares not only about the success of the organization, but appreciates the hard work and dedication provided by all employees.
