      Pros

      There are no pros. Working for Silberline is like going back kin time 30 years.

      Cons

      Incompetent management. Even more incompetent is the owner/chairman of the board. DO NOT ACCEPT A JOB WITH SILBERLINE!

      Thank you for your feedback. Although this is an older review your input is recognized. It is unfortunate you did not have a positive employment experience with Silberline. Without knowing your specific concerns it's difficult to provide you with helpful feedback. I completely disagree with your comments on the incompetence of the management and chairman of the board. Silberline leadership and the owner/board chairman are a team of highly skilled individuals who are extremely focused on the success of Silberline. This is a team with extensive experience in their respective field, striving every day to meet the challenges of competing in a global environment. The team cares not only about the success of the organization, but appreciates the hard work and dedication provided by all employees.

      Pros

      Good opportunity and compensation for the area. Worldwide company if that is of interest to you.

      Cons

      Seems to be a large turnover of people in the technical staff and middle management. Technical experience not held in high regard.

      Pros

      The union wages are better than most local wages. Healthcare costs in the union are excellent thanks to the USW

      Cons

      The union does trust management, and probably for very good reason. Core Values are on posters, but not lived out by the Senior Management Team. Not a healthy place to work
