* There was a rumbling within the company at one point that people were posting fake positive reviews on Glassdoor. These rumors were ultimately dismissed by management. Not sure the full story there but that's something to think about. * Raises are extremely hard to come by * Well known that it's notoriously hard to get promotions here * Getting promoted into a role with much more responsibility comes with a laughable raise. * High up management is pretty bad. They talk a lot without actions. Although, they're definitely very skilled at engaging in office politics discourse. They're able to diffuse situations with no action items most times * Extremely hard to get things changed / your voice heard. * Sexist application names as mentioned in another review - ('x-rated', 'peep show', 'daddy talk', etc). I think most of these have been renamed at this point, but have existed for quite some time under these names. * Weird office politics popped up occasionally throughout my stay * The problem domain is very boring IMO, often times software engineers are tasked with manual entry. * Interesting products/features are extremely hard to come by at this company.
