- Good product, has a good marketplace fit.
- Heavy allowed usage of AI tools if you want to use them.
- Pay is in line with industry standard for experienced employees.
Cons
- Work life balance can be challenging, due to growth.
- PTO is impossible to take. Flex / unlimited PTO is offered but it very difficult to take any meaningful time off.
- Already overstretched teams are expected to wear many hats.
